Loan Payment Options
Make a Payment
At CenLA Federal Credit Union, we want to make your loan payment experience as simple and convenient as possible. Select from one of several FREE options for making your loan payments.
Automatic Transfers
Automatic transfers through Virtual Branch (cenlafcu.org). If you are not already set up for Virtual Branch, contact us today at 318.445.7388. Once your online account is established, you can set up recurring automatic transfers to pay your loans.
Online Bill Pay
If you bank with a financial institution other than CenLA FCU, set up CenLA FCU as a merchant/payee through your financial institution’s online bill pay service. You will need your CenLA FCU Account Number and/or Loan Number and our mailing address:

Click here to print free loan payment coupons. Loan payment coupons are not required; however, if used please indicate where the funds should be applied.
Auto Draft
Set up a recurring auto draft payment from any financial institution. Stop by a CenLA FCU branch to speak to a teller to complete this request.
Drop Off
Visit one of our three CenLA FCU branches to drop off your payment. Each branch has a night drop that is checked daily M-F or swing through the drive-thru to submit your payment.
Pay by Phone
Call 318.445.7388 and select x150 (Pineville Branch) or x250 (Coliseum Branch). We will be happy to accept a payment over the phone using a credit or debit card.
