Marketing Coordinator
Develop and administer a comprehensive marketing plan for CenLA Federal Credit Union within an approved budget. Develop and encourage a marketing and cross-selling attitude by all employees. Make known to the membership by public relations and advertising the many services and benefits CenLA FCU offers.
Member Service Representative (MSR)
To service members and prospective members by being proficient in all aspects of enrolling members, offering Credit Union services as needed, completing necessary forms, answering questions, and inputting information in the system.
Teller
Receive members in person and by telephone, providing general credit union information. Assist members with withdrawals, transfers and loan transactions. Ability to learn computer program to access member status, input information and process transactions. Summarize daily activity at close of business – list and balance checks. Maintain cash drawer within predetermined limits.
