OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN
1. Eligibility:
- Dog Days of Summer CenLA FCU Photo Contest is open only to members of CenLa Federal Credit Union to submit a dog photo.
- Submission must include completed registration form; 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.
- Employees of CenLA Federal Credit Union may participate in the Dog Days of Summer Photo Contest, but not eligible to win the contest.
- The campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Photos:
- Photos must be of a dog. The theme is Dog Days of Summer – therefore, the submission must be a photograph of a dog.
- You may include people in the picture with the dog.
- The submitted photo must be of YOUR dog (present or a past dog that belongs/belonged to you).
- By entering this content, you represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights.
3. Agreement to Rules:
By participating, the Contestant/Member (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of CenLA Federal Credit Union as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign.
4. Campaign Period:
- Entries will be accepted online starting Monday, June 13, 2022 and end Friday, June 24, 2022.
Voting will end at 3:00 PM CST.
- Public voting will determine the winning photo entry by having the most votes by 3:00 PM CST on Friday, June 24, 2022.
- In the event of a tie, CenLA Federal Credit Union will determine a prize for the tied first place winners.
- The winner will be notified Friday afternoon, June 24 by 5:00 PM CST by a phone call from CenLA Federal Credit Union. If we are unable to reach the winner via phone, the winner will be emailed and/or sent a text informing them about winning the contest.
5. How to Enter:
- The campaign must be entered by completing the online registration form and uploading a picture of your dog.

- The entry must fulfill all campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of CenLA Federal Credit Union.
- You may submit only ONE dog photo per person.
- You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of CenLA Federal Credit Union.
6. Voting:
- You may only VOTE one time per dog photo entry.
- Voting is open to the public and not limited to only CenLA Federal Credit Union members.
7. Prize:
- The winner of the photo contest will receive a $100 gift card to Pet Smart.
- No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted.
- Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for CenLA Federal Credit Union to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising.
8. Terms & Conditions:
CenLA Federal Credit Union reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Dog Days of Summer Photo Contest should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond CenLA Federal Credit Union’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign.
9. Disputes:
THIS CAMPAIGN IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND LOUISIANA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this campaign, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court in Louisiana having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses. Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
