Coronavirus (COVID-19) Prepared

At CenLA FCU, the health and safety of our members and employees is important to us and we are closely monitoring updates surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19). On this page, we will post updates as they come to keep you more in the know. We are following CDC guidelines through proper handwashing, regularly disinfecting our work spaces, social distancing of 6 feet, and covering our mouths.

Update:

    Beginning Saturday, March 28, 2020, Drive Thru service at our Coliseum Blvd. and Pineville branches will be temporarily unavailable on Saturdays until further notice.

         Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 

         Saturdays        temporarily unavailable 

As of Thursday, March 19th, our lobbies will be closed until further notice. We are operating under normal business hours and our drive thru will remain open to serve you. Deposits, Withdrawals, Payments, Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks and Cash Advances are available through the drive-thru.

Access to accounts through our online resources include:

  • Online Banking in Virtual Branch-keep track of your account balance(s), transfer funds, and setup Online Bill Pay.

    • If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, call 318-445-7388 Ext. 151 or Ext. 251 to find out how to enroll.
  • Mobile Banking-with the CenLA FCU Mobile App. Check balances faster, pay bills for free, transfer funds, and deposit money. 

    • The App can be downloaded through the App Store and Google Play Store. Visit our app page for more details. 

  • ATM's available at our Pineville and Coliseum locations.
