Can I reset my Virtual Branch security code if I get locked out?
YES you can! On the login page, you will see (in parenthesis) "You will be asked for your security code on the following page. If you don't remember it click here." Click the link and follow the directions.
NOTE: You must have a valid e-mail address already setup within Virtual Branch. Your temporary security code will be sent to that e-mail address.

Can I view pending debit transactions on my account?
Yes. Click on your checking account in Virtual Branch and select "Pending Items".

What is my current balance?
All account balances can be viewed anytime with Virtual Branch. If you do not have Virtual Branch, please contact us to be setup.

What should I do if my debit card gets lost or stolen?
Contact us during work hours to report a lost or stolen card. For non-working hours, call 1-800-472-3272 to deactivate your card. You may then order a new debit card ($10 fee).
